Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Paynific website and account. Card payments aren’t available yet. When they are, you’ll be asked to agree to separate payment terms, including our payment partner’s terms, before your first payment.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and live in the UK.
• The details you give us, including your landlord’s bank details, must be accurate and yours to share.
• Keep access to your email account secure, because we use it to sign you in.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

What we provide today

You can create an account, record your rent and landlord details, and see what payments will cost. No money is collected or sent until card payments go live and you confirm a payment.

Pricing

Our planned fees are 1.99% of your rent on Visa and Mastercard and 2.49% on American Express. We’ll always show you the exact amount before any payment, and give you notice before changing our fees.

Rewards

Paynific Points are a loyalty benefit from us. They have no cash value except as described in the rewards terms we’ll publish before points can be earned. Rewards from your card issuer are separate and set by them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Paynific for anything unlawful, to pay anything other than your own rent, or to interfere with the service.

Liability

We provide the website with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
