Does my landlord need to sign up?
No. Your landlord or letting agent receives an ordinary bank transfer into the account they already use, with the reference you choose.
What does it cost?
1.99% of your rent on Visa and Mastercard, 2.49% on American Express. No subscription and no fee for your landlord. You see the exact amount before every payment.
When can I make my first payment?

Will my card give me points too?
Possibly. Whether your card issuer gives points or cashback on this payment depends on your card's terms, so check them. Paynific Points are separate and come from us.
Is this a loan?
No. Paynific charges your existing card. If you don't pay off your card balance in full, your card provider's interest applies and will usually cost more than any rewards.
